After being with this company for almost 4 and a half years, a few surgeries and me almost hopeless for my teeth they never gave up on me! Now my smile is gorgeous and I couldn't imagine going through it with anyone else. Excellent manners, always supportive and beautiful results!

Carus orthodontics have been taking care of my son's teeth since he began his braces journey in 2022 and they are the best hands down! Ms. Amber is our favorite assistant and she always gets us in and out especially if we come early for an appointment! My kiddos, ages 10 & 14, have been going to Carus Kids dental office since they had teeth at around 1years old and I'd recommend this place to anyone and everyone!!!!

The back office staff is amazing but the front desk makes it hard to deal with. Specifically Isabel more often than not has a rude attitude. I was pressured to make a down payment, then my ex husband called and made the down payment. I asked if she could refund then payment I made and she told me it took too long to do and it would take 6-8weeks to get my money back. I would give a higher rate but the front desk is where the visit starts and ends .

I absolutely love this office! Dr. Delane is amazing and makes you feel comfortable in the office. He talks to you like he’s known you forever. The assistants are FANTASTIC! They are super fast and efficient while also super chill and easy to talk to. Front desk is super sweet and helpful and they work with your schedule! I highly recommend this office ❤️

Let me start off by saying my family has been patients at this company for many, many years. We have always had good service and experiences in the past. Today however when I showed up for an appointment I made about a week ago I was denied service because I refused to wear a mask. I even informed the receptionist that I would wait in my car until they were ready to see me, and then simply walk the 10 feet to the chair to be seen. She was not understanding to my right not to wear a mask or even willing to accommodate my request. I respected their policy by offering not to wait in their lobby, and she continued to deny me service. I was not even allowed to speak with the actual dentist. There was literally nobody that would have been around me, and the dentist would have surely had to work on my mouth without a mask on it anyways, so I am not sure what the issue was given the fact that I wouldn’t have even been in the building until it was my time to sit in the chair. This business has gotten completely out of control and obviously feel like they enjoy some type of power to control patients with a ridiculous mask mandate.
